Overview
HECELLOSE® is a brand name of the cellulose ether for mainly waterborne paints manufactured by LOTTE Fine Chemical.
HECELLOSE® is used as a key additive for waterborne paints and personal & home care products.
HECELLOSE® is a non-ionic and water-soluble polymer that can be used as a rheology modifier and water retention aid. It provides pseudoplastic flow and is treated to achieve optimum hydration time to prevent lump formation.
Etherification
LOTTE Fine Chemical produces MC(Methyl Cellulose), HPMC(HydroxyPropylMethyl Cellulose), HEMC(HydroxyEthylMethyl Cellulose) and HEC(HydroxyEthyl Cellulose).
